Protein Supplements

The body has three compartments of energy from which to draw to meet its metabolic needs: Carbohydrates, Muscle and Fats.

It draws on these reserves in a very specific order.  Chronologically the body will draw on its carbohydrate reserve first before turning to the muscle and fat.

When one is trying to achieve weight loss,  we limit the carbohydrate intake to force the body to turn to its fat and muscle compartments.  Because we are consuming Protein supplements that are high-biological protein foods throughout the day, muscle mass loss will not occur leaving the body to only target fat.

Using our supplements in conjunction with wellness coaching does not constitute a high-protein diet in any way.  It simply provides the body an adequate amount of protein to ensure muscle is not lost.  These medically designed protein supplements are used for those who range from obese to those looking to tone and sculpt the body.  It also makes a great alternative to the carbohydrate and sugar rich snacks which are usually given to kids!
